A Little History..

In 2015 we spent about a year building a small, cozy space for wellness, yoga and recreation in the wilderness of western Indiana. We purchased this log cabin surrounded by 6000 acres of gorgeous old growth forest, rivers, canyons, pure silence and serenity because our vision was to combine Liza's work as a Psychotherapist and Yoga Instructor with Gabe's work as a Naturopathic Doctor specializing in nutrition and wild plants.

We have stayed in cabins all over the United States from Breckenridge, CO to Gattlinburg, TN and this place was just as relaxing and enjoyable without the travel time.
